The Loyalty app, available in the Shopify App Store, adds loyalty content blocks to your store that you can place anywhere using Shopify’s theme editor to showcase program details such as earning points, available rewards, and tier progress. All loyalty program content is managed in the Loyalty app, and updates appear automatically on your storefront.
Some Loyalty blocks are visible only to enrolled members.

Loyalty blocks added to your Shopify store
The Loyalty integration provides eight content blocks:
Banner – display a themed banner to feature your loyalty program or promote special offers on your homepage or other store pages.
How it works – show a step-by-step overview of how your loyalty program operates and how customers can participate.
Rewards – present the main rewards structure and the benefits of joining your program.
Ways to earn – list actions such as purchasing, referrals, or social interactions that allow customers to earn points.
Tiers table – display a visual breakdown of membership tiers, including progression requirements and tier-specific perks.
Tier progress bar – show customers how close they are to reaching the next membership tier.
Points overview – provide logged-in customers with their current point balance, expiration dates, and recent points activity.
Available rewards – list rewards a customer can claim based on their points balance.
Checkout rewards – allow logged-in members to redeem eligible loyalty rewards during Shopify checkout.
Product page points – show customers how many loyalty points they can earn by purchasing a product before adding it to their cart.

Add Loyalty blocks in Shopify
In Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes > Customize.
In the theme editor, open the page where you want to add a Loyalty block.
Select Add section or Add block, then find the Loyalty blocks under the Apps section.
Drag and arrange your blocks where you want them to appear. You can add, move, or remove blocks at any time.

Manage Loyalty content
All program rules, earning actions, rewards, and tiers are managed in your Loyalty app. Changes you make in the app automatically update the corresponding blocks on your storefront.
