Rewards encourage repeat purchases by giving members a reason to earn and spend points. You can create discount, free shipping, and free product rewards, and customize how many points members need to redeem each reward.

Create discount rewards
You can create two types of discount rewards:
Fixed amount discount: A fixed amount off the order subtotal.
Percentage discount: A percentage off the order subtotal.
For example:
500 points for $5 off.
1,000 points for 15% off.
Go to Program > Rewards.
Select Add reward, then choose Fixed amount discount or Percentage discount.
Configure Reward settings.

Select the Start date and Start time.
Select Set end date to set the reward validity time.
If you don’t choose the end date, your reward stays active until you manually disable it.
Configure Discount details:
Enter the discount amount or discount percentage for the reward.
If you have configured a tier system, then for points required select the checkbox for each membership tier that you want to apply a redemption amount for.For each active tier, enter the number of points that members must redeem to achieve the reward.
Points required must be a positive whole number.
If you leave a tier unselected, the reward is not available to members of the unselected tier.
Configure Advanced settings:
Select if you want the reward to be available Online, Offline, or Both.
Configure Products and collections:
Select Include all to offer the reward for all products and collections.
Select Include only to limit the reward to specific products, variants, or collections.
Select Products / Variants or Collections to add product selections.
Search or browse for the items you want to include and select them.
Select Save reward.
Create free shipping reward
Removes the shipping cost from the order.
Go to Program > Rewards.
Select Add reward > Free shipping.
Configure Reward settings.

If the product has variants, choose one variant.

Result
When a member redeems a reward, Loyalty deducts the required number of points and generates a unique Shopify discount code.
Members can redeem the code during checkout.
