Points rules overview

Create points rules to define how members earn points in your Loyalty rewards program.

Written by Bartlomiej Rekosiewicz

Points rules reward members for specific actions, such as purchases, sign-ups, referrals, and social engagement. You can use different rule types to support your loyalty strategy and encourage member participation.

Before you start

Before you create points rules:

  • Define your points and rewards strategy, including point values and program economics.

  • Decide which member actions you want to reward.

  • Understand how each rule type works and when to use it.
