Create double points earning rule

Create multiple point rules of the same type to award extra points when members meet multiple earning conditions.

When a member qualifies for more than one earning rule, Loyalty combines the points earned from each rule.

Create the rule

  1. Create a point rule.

  2. Create another point rule of the same type.

  3. Configure each rule with the earning criteria and point values you want to use.

  4. Activate both rules.

Example

You have two Purchase points rules:

  • Rule A awards 1 point for every dollar spent.

  • Rule B awards 2 points for every dollar spent.

If a member qualifies for both rules, they earn 3 points for every dollar spent.

Result

Members receive the combined points from all eligible earning rules, allowing you to run double-points or bonus-points promotions.
