You can create the following rule types:
Facebook page like
Instagram follow
X follow
TikTok follow

Create the rule
Go to Program > Rules.
Select Add point rule.
Select Social media interaction.
Select the social medial platform.
Select Add.
Configure the rule settings:
Turn Status on to make the rule active immediately, or leave it off to activate the rule later.
Enter a name for the rule.
Upload an image if you want to display one in your Shopify storefront or use it through the Loyalty API.
Configure the Active period:
For Start date, select Right now or choose a future date and time.
For End date, select No end date or choose when the rule should end automatically.
Configure points
Under Points details, define how many points members earn.
Enter point values for each membership tier.
Learn more in Set up member tiers.
Select Save rule.
The rule is added to the Rules table.
Result
Loyalty awards points when members complete the activity associated with the rule.
For example:
Facebook page like, Instagram follow, X follow, and TikTok follow award points when members complete the corresponding social action.
