The AI analytics digest lets you set up a weekly or monthly email report to be sent to your chosen email addresses. It includes key performance metrics and highlighted insights based on recent data, along with an overall view of your program’s performance to help you identify trends and changes.

Loyalty digest is currently in beta. Some information in the digest or configuration page may be incorrect.
Set up AI analytics digest
In Loyalty, select the Account menu icon and go to Settings > Notifications.
Under Contact details, enter one or more email addresses in Email for notifications.
Separate multiple email addresses with a comma.
Email addresses do not need to be associated with a Dotdigital account.
Under AI analytics digest, toggle Allow notification to Yes.
Under Period, select:
Weekly, or
Monthly
Select Save.
Delivery schedule
Delivery time is based on the time zone set in your ecommerce account.
Weekly digest
Sent on Monday after 9 AM.
Monthly digest
Sent on the first day of the month after 9 AM.
Example:
If you set up the feature on Wednesday, you receive the first email digest on Monday after 9AM.
What to expect from the digest
The AI analytics digest consists of three parts:
A metrics summary
Key performance indicators such as members, points, rewards, and engagement rates.
A set of highlighted insights
Notable changes, trends, or unusual activity based on recent data.
An overall program summary
High-level view of your program’s performance.
