Understand your analytics

Look for trends, not just totals

The charts show patterns over time. A steady upward trend in member growth or points earned indicates a healthy program, while sudden drops might signal an issue worth investigating.

Compare redemption rates

A healthy redemption rate typically falls between 20% and 40%. If your rate is much lower, members might be saving points or finding rewards less appealing. If it's very high, consider whether you're giving away too much value.

Use tier insights to refine benefits

If higher tiers aren't showing significantly higher engagement, your tier benefits might need adjustment. Members should feel motivated to reach the next level.

Track popular rewards

Your most redeemed rewards show what your customers value most. Use this insight to create similar rewards or promotional campaigns.
